Wow, that looks like a good idea. Lee Valley always has some unusual tools.

a new one on me .

 

treated myself to new toys well thats what th wife callls them A decent set of rasps. There strong and heavy and have more teeth to the inch

.My other rasps where useless cheap and nasty they bent whilst being used and  the handles pulled of

So a new set of three to compliment my Shinto saw rasp which I think is one of the best you can get
