One more cane.

 

Made of eucalyptus and cork oak

 

 

Mais uma bengala 
 
Feita de eucalipto e de sobreiro

Neat handle and I love the colors in that shank!  Great looking cane Xutos.

Same thoughts as Rodney. Is the eucalyptus colored in some way?

Same thoughts as Rodney. Is the eucalyptus colored in some way?

 

 
The eucalyptus wood is very white.
 
I used Bondex varnish, to carry the wood and color

Always with the same varnish bondex.
 
The three color variations were made depending on the amount of varnish applied

Neat handle and I love the colors in that shank!  Great looking cane Xutos.

 

 

The handle was first colored with a brown color varnish.
 
As the color became dull
 
I applied clear lacquer

Thank you Xutos.  That Bondex looks like some interesting stuff.  I don't think it's available here.
