Got a message a week or so ago from a guy looking for a birthday present for a friend. He had seen the Yoda cane I made a month ago and was wondering if I could do another one but made for someone 6 foot tall (in need of a cane after suffering a stroke recently, apparently). I took a look through my blanks and found one I thought would work so I said I could.

The handle area was a gnarly mess of roots and holes but I managed to fill the holes with sawdust and CA glue. Turned out pretty nice I think. Looks like something which has been carried by someone being chased by the Sith through the galaxy to end up on a swamp planet.


Mailed it off today.
