I am in the process of using a cane.  and I picked one up at a antique store.   I am trying to find out the possible origin of the cane.  Inlaid into the shaft there is what appears to be an oriental bear head and below that 3 columns of maybe Chinese writing. all thing looks like it is pressed into the wood.  all the silver metal is extremely thin.   It a absolute piece of artwork if you ask me...

 

Any help or direction would help  greatly.
